There is no doubt in my mind that Andrew is the best realtor in Columbus, Ohio. He was the consummate professional in every single aspect of finding our home and closing on it and helping with many more details. Andrew is not only a realtor - he is also an extremely resourceful person who can provide all other services associated with purchasing a home. He gave us contractor leads that were very helpful in our renovations. He provided an insurance contact that saved us over a $1,000 dollars in home insurance. Our provider of insurance for many years was obviously not looking out for us but Andrew was. Andrew knew about the original high insurance rates because of his detailed review of our mortgage documents - something not every realtor would take the time to complete.
Over the course of three months we must have toured at least 50 homes ( no we aren't picky ). Andrew was extremely patient with us. He would organize for us to see four to five homes at a time. He always had complete information on each home and could usually tell us before we entered if we would truly be interested in that property.
We also had the opportunity to see the work that Andrew does when he lists a home. In two words - very impressive.
